Nvidia GeForce 8400 or Intel GMA?

Good morning. I'm looking for a laptop, and I saw a Siemens AMILO Pa 2548 with NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS Fujitsu. I think it's good for the game. Or not? Many people said Fujitsu Siemens is crap, buy Toshiba. But I seen with the Toshiba laptops Intel GMA video card? So what is better gaming? Please help, Thanks.

Laptop is not really optimized for gaming, and if it can be office, which is your best bet. There are many people who clipboard machines that were once a game of great power. They fried their graphics cards and found that the small number of replacement cards made long ago left the supply chain. The Alienware 766 is an example often cited of this. The 8400M is pretty old these days – it can handle their game if their game is not so new. I have an old Toshiba from 2003 w / GeForce Go old who manages the "Half-Life and Quake 3 based shooter perfection – Conservative for my needs, is a machine perfect game. I doubt you remember playing "Star Trek: Elite Force, so this idea of game is obviously different." Toshiba laptop with graphics seen Intel GMA? Did you? Is this a question? GMA is not a card, a graphics chip Integrated – lack a powerful GPU and memory, the two characteristics a modern graphics card. In addition, Intel has gone through several generations GMA. Most laptops use X3100. An X4500 is supposed to be on (or just out) that some bridges the gap between IM and older cards like the 8400. But they are not optimized for the current generation of games. New Nvidia 9400M is an integrated set of graphics, but exceeds Intel allegedly set to an extent demonstrable. now, only available in the new MacBook, but this will probably change in the holiday season. If you are interested in laptop, especially for the game, I would expect most models are available with the 9400M.
