What is the difference between the PAC and the API?
What is the difference between the PAC (Programmable Automation Controller) and the PLC (PLC programmable)? this software and hardware you need to make the CAP program?
A programmable automation controller (PAC) is a Compact driver that combines the features and functionality of a PC-based control with that of a typical Programmable Controller (PLC). A CAP provides not only the reliability of a PLC, but also the flexibility of labor and the computing power of a PC. CAP is most often used in industrial Process Control, Data Acquisition, remote monitoring equipment, Machine Vision and Motion Control. In addition, because the function and communicate on popular network interface protocols and TCP / IP, OLE for Process Control (OPC) and SMTP, APC are capable of transferring data from machines under their control to other machine components and a Control System or network software applications and databases.
